People often eat burgers or other sandwiches, french fries or chips and sodas or other sugary drinks when they eat out.

A better choice would be to have a salad or vegetables with that sandwich and unsweetened tea or water to drink.

These easy alternatives will cut a minimum of 400-900 calories out of your meal when you eat out. The exact number of calories saved will depend on the size of your french fry order and how many drink refills you normally consume. These substitutions help you adhere to your fat loss diet, and help to eliminate the most harmful foods from your diet by helping you to avoid trans-fats and high fructose corn syrup.
